Okay, TAKE TWO ✌️ I originally interviewed Lee John over a month ago. After an hour of pure gold dialogue, I went to stop recording only to realize that had never pushed the little red button to begin with.
This is our second attempt and I am pleased to report that I think it turned out even better than the first. Success!
Lee stopped by the Studio for what I’d classify as a soulful catch-up session. He is a fitness coach, musician, son, brother, fiancé and dear, longtime friend from my hometown. I learned that he’s also a great storyteller and interviewee, though I shouldn’t be surprised. We talked about how he pivoted in his life in big ways over the past few years, both in his career and in his relationship, and came out the other side with even more passion and purpose than before.
The next time you’re in the car or cooking dinner, press play to add some richness to your day. Comment below: what was your favorite nugget from this episode with Lee?

Conscious responsibility, and the difference between “passive ice cream” and “proactive ice cream”🍦

Qualities of a committed relationship that allows both individuals to transform, evolve and grow
The value of learning the skill of sticking through difficult times when you’d otherwise bail
Why focusing on consistency (vs extremism) is key for any transformation or progress you want to make in any area of your life
