That's what I heard! In my mind I was always like, but that's part of the process, it's your choice, it shouldn't be overwhelming if you know what to expect. In some ways that's true, the acceptance part, but in other ways that's gaslighting 😅

Accepting that change/transitions are hard and that they aren't a reflection of who I am has been huge for me. Loved your trips on how to come back to ourselves, our center. Thank you for sharing your story! xx
Yes! Thank you for commenting, Tash. I realize I should caveat that this transition was entirely voluntary and I knew what we were signing up for. It doesn't make it any easier, though when we tell ourselves to bypass our tough feelings and only focus on the celebration, we self-sabotage. Processing the tough all the way through to completion frees me up to know I don't have anything to fear. ❤️
